There has been several times when they have made many mistakes with my husband. With his medications, with important doctors appointment's, with bad communication between their employees. Plus my husband has called regarding mistakes made with his cancer treatment, and after 3 times in one day, No One Answered the phone. What if he had an emergency. Don't waste your time with these careless people, that I would not trust to care for my cat. .

As much as I don't like giving negative reviews and have gone back and forth as to whether I wanted to write this review or not, I thought it was important for others to hear what a horrendous, disastrous, unorganized mess Senior Life has proven to be. The intake coordinator, who is now not working there any longer was absolutely fantastic and we had such high hopes for what Senior Life had to offer my mother-in-law. Senior Life has proven to be nothing but a money making business not looking out for the best interest of our seniors. Trying to get them to schedule urgently needed specialist doctor's appointments such as Cardiology is next to Impossible even after I called them every week to follow up. Requested testing by specialist was never scheduled. They have a high turnover of employees. They fire the good ones and leave the employees there that continuously dropped the ball. My mother in law's fall detection pendant was left unpaid for 6 months while I begged Lifeline to not turn off her service. My constant inquiries went unheard and unresolved as I was passed onto higher management. But then those employees would leave employment and I was left struggling to find someone that would do their job and provide the care that my mother in law needed. These were simple requests....nothing complicated. Only after having enough and having her withdrawn from Senior Life did I finally get some attention. I received a call from the executive director begging me to allow them to remedy their mistakes and prove themselves to us....TOO LITTLE TOO LATE....NO MORE NO WAY NO HOW Please read their other reviews....I wish I would have read them and spared myself the frustration and headaches.
I had to turn a patient away today because Senior Life dropped them off at my office without any paperwork or insurance information. They couldn’t even be bothered to fax anything over either. I wasn’t even able speak to a social worker about their coverage because I was sent to voicemail each time. Unfortunately, since I was at a dead end with getting this patient seen, I had to call a dozen times just to reach someone for transportation. Please do your loved ones a favor and avoid this place. My heart hurts for the seniors being abused by this greed.
Senior Life is the place 2 go... If ur young or if ur old... The staff is as friendly as can be... Come on in 2 visit the elderly.... Everyday there's lots to do.... All attending will be friends with u... Lunch, bingo, music & more .... Company of the elderly I do adore... Marlena McDaniel she runs the show... One more great reason, makes me wanna go...
