I am very pleased with senior helpers. All of there staff are very confident they have a strong management team I have never had anybody miss an appointment and they are very flexible I have been in and out of the hospital quite a bit and I never had a complaint from them even though their hours were changed in many instances, they still came in and did the work that they would do anyway, and I’ve been very pleased. I don’t think you could find a better agency to me. They are five star.
In almost all of my contacts with Senior Helpers, they have been accompanying me in visiting the doctor. This is extremely important, but makes questions about "bringing joy" not applicable.
The caregivers who visited our home were not only supportive, but were so involved that they formed a bond with my father and became like family. Senior Helpers' service was dependable and very flexible. Very pleased!
