Locked retirement home at 9 a.m. - After ringing the bell 10 times - visitor was denied entry. After the measures under the Infection Protection Act expired on April 7th, 2023, I was denied access on April 8th, 2023 and insisted on a test requirement. In my opinion, this is clearly illegal and discriminatory. I will therefore report the incident and will not tolerate this disrespectful behavior towards myself or the inmates of the home.
My mother was in short-term care there. A nurse constantly curses and shouts at the residents. Old people should also be treated with respect. Absolute no go.
