Unfriendly and rude lady on the phone. It was about a letter that was delivered to us incorrectly; the recipient is unknown to us. The post office wanted to check the address and recipient on Wednesday and sent it to us again. To set everything straight, I called the Albert Schweizer House. The conversation we just had was difficult at first because we seemed to be talking past each other. ... At the end I was told to bring the letter... When I asked where? Here in Rommerskirchen? The lady then became angry and asked me to send the letter to Neuss by post!!! (According to the motto, what else?). For me, dropping off and sending back are two different things and my question was justified. I am even more annoyed by the lady's unfriendly and indignant tone.

Very good nursing home, very nice staff. My parents have been there for a year in March, unfortunately my mother passed away in December. But she was very happy up to that point, my dad still is. Thanks to everyone for this support.
The best in all of Grevenbroich! As a nursing assistant, I felt very comfortable here. The management and nursing staff were very accommodating and personable. Thank you for the wonderful time.
Very good retirement home. All employees are very friendly, helpful, competent and cooperative. Very good communication. The residents are cared for 100% with great care. There is a friendly, fun and pleasant atmosphere throughout the house, and the residents are all in a good mood. My mother felt very comfortable and in good hands there, as did we as family members.
Many thanks again to all the employees who have cared for my mother lovingly, competently and with the best quality over several years. As relatives, we were also able to experience the same friendly care. By far the best senior center in Grevenbroich. G minor
