I wish I had known of Cynthia when I began our quest for an assisted living facility. She was brought in during final negotiations with the staff of our chosen place because I felt pressured and overwhelmed by deadlines , unclear contracts and exorbitant fees beyond what had been agreed upon. Cynthia was recommended and functioned as my advocate with the Director of Sales She worked her magic and got all fees reduced considerably, and removed contract deadlines to give me some breathing room. . I am in awe of her ability and skill set. We had worked with another senior advisor who was unable to accomplish any of this. Going forward, I will seek Cynthia out to facilitate all issues that arise. She is a wizard and an absolute delight to work with Anyone fortunate enough . to seek out her services to help you navigate through the unchartered terrain of senior living and care will recognize what a gift Cynthia is.

I cannot say enough great things about Cynthia and Senior Care Authority. When my parents were impacted by Hurricane Ian in Naples, Florida, we had no plan for where or how to urgently relocate my handicapped father from his apartment in a high rise building into a facility that could provide enough care for his needs. With most assisted living facilities having no power and no phone service, we were in dire straights trying to find a solution for relocating my father while living hundreds of miles away. We contacted Cynthia at SCA. She was also navigating her own personal situation of dealing with hurricane damage, but she sprung into action as if my parents were the most important and only thing on her mind. Cynthia drove to visit my parents and climbed the 14 sets of stairs in their high rise building that had no power or elevator service to check on them in person, and then called me to let me know their status. Cynthia organized an EMS rescue of my father by having 3 firemen carry him down 14 flights of stairs in his building. Through her well-established reputation and relationships in the southwest Florida area, Cynthia quickly arranged for a furnished apartment in a lovely senior living community further inland for my parents to stay for the months that their own building is undergoing repair from the hurricane damage. Cynthia is a professional, intelligent, compassionate, and delightful person who saved us in a very difficult situation. She continues to stay in touch with my parents and visit with them in their new facility to make sure their needs are being met. Our family considers Cynthia from SCA to be an angel sent down from Heaven in our time of need. We remain forever grateful for her! 5 stars!
