My family and I were in search of an environment that provided a family feel and mirrored a home like setting. We started our journey with Seaton in early March of 2024. In complete transparency, it has taken my dad some time to get used to his new home. However, the staff does an amazing job in helping us all through the adjustment process. The nursing staff works hard to ensure they address his medical needs and communicate their concerns when needed. The med techs all work so hard in creating a bonding experience that builds trusting relationships that promote a healthy transition for your loved one.. Rachel, at the front desk always greets you with a warm hello and is willing to lend a listening ear when it comes to your loved one. It’s not uncommon to spark a random conversation with the business office, the cleaning staff, or any other staff member while visiting your loved one. They truly take the time to get to know you and your family. While I always encourage family members to be constant advocates for their loved ones to aid in the introduction/ adjustment process for everyone.. Seaton has been very responsive in attempting to put forth efforts to understand the individual needs of their residents. As I previously mentioned, our stay here is rather new. Check back for wonderful updates on our journey here at Seaton,

While the place could a face lift on the inside, you can tell that the new owners are hard at work trying to make it a better community for the residents. The outside got done recently and this has given the place a fresh feel. I can tell that the staff that are currently here care about the residents, and my mom tells me the same. Her needs are met and she is a happy camper with all the outings they go to. The staff genuinely care enough to make sure that every day is as best as it can be for her. The nurse Linda is awesome when it comes to communication, and one of the aides Taylor can always be seen running wherever to help anywhere she can. It's a good feeling to know that my mom is in good hands.
Seaton of Towson has been a wonderful place for my loved one. Suzanne has gone above and beyond to make myself and loved one feel like family. She is always there with a smile on her face, ready to answer any question or tackle any concern I have. Her staff has also gone above and beyond taking care of my loved one. They’re always there to answer any questions or assist in anyway possible, with a smile on their face and compassion in their tone. The facility is clean and up to date. Suzanne has really turned this house into a home. My family couldn’t be anymore grateful for Seaton of Towson. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!
What an incredible place! My 93-year-old mother was very ill and had been living alone. After searching all over Baltimore and being totally depressed after each visit to an Assisted Living facility, a friend of ours asked an acquaintance, who used to work at The Maples before returning to school, if he could recommend an Assisted Living place for us. He said he would ONLY put his parents in The Maples of Towson! So, I called...and was invited to visit immediately. The moment I walked through the door, I knew that this was where I wanted my mom to live. From the cleanliness and the beautiful décor, to the entire phenomenal staff…The Maples was truly the only place I could consider. My mother needed around-the-clock medication and care, which was a huge problem for me and my sister, since we hold full-time jobs and have families to care for, as well. The Maples truly put our minds at ease. Do I feel guilty about my mom having to leave her home? Of course I do. But we were able to move in her living room and bedroom furniture and decorate however we wanted. Her apartment is absolutely beautiful, with delightful views from each window. The entire staff has become her second set of children and, to tell you the truth…I am actually able to sleep at night, knowing they are taking such good care of her. I’m sure she misses her home, as any of us would, but she is safe here and surrounded by very caring people who love her and treat her like family. You’ll never meet a finer group of people. Am I happy we found The Maples? More than I can even express! I tell everyone I know about it! It has changed all of our lives during a difficult time, for the better.
