This Assistant Living Community is like no other I have been to. The Staff here is 10 out of 10. The way they love and care for the residents is top tier, one of the cleanest facilities I have been to. The receptionist herself is awesome your greeted with one of the biggest smiles. You feel welcomed Immediately. The whole front office staff makes it there job to make you feel welcomed. The Food looks like it should be on tv, the kitchen staff only serves them the best of the best. I went on a tour here for a love one and im pleased to say we were impressed. I have no doubt in me that my love one would feel like she is at home, Thank You for all you do Phoenix team.

Care is OK. There has been a lot of turnover in the last few months. Hoping that stabilizes so that better care can be provided.
My mom has been in the facility four months. The staff has been very attentive to her personal and medical needs and to specific instructions. She is safe and constantly brought into group activities that help keep her alert. Recently we were grateful that when we went to pick her up at 630am we arrived and she was completely dressed and ready to go. Everyone on the staff is kind and caring and appreciates my Mom. They go above and beyond to enhance her quality of life.
My mother has been at Seasons for eight months and I cannot say how happy I am. The staff and the entire team have always seen to her needs, they take such kind care of her. When I come in she is in the main room with activities. What I appreciate most is they see her as an individual not just as a number. They have spent time getting to know her and talking with her. I deeply appreciate all the care and support my mother has with the staff at Seasons. The care for her has been outstanding.
I have been providing Music Therapy services at this facility for 5 years now. I have been impressed with the care given to each individual as well as the other activities that are offered. The facility is always clean and decorated for each holiday. The caregivers and administrators care about each person there as shown by the individual help they offer while I am providing music therapy. They have provided great support to me as I enjoy music with the large groups each month. Thank you Seasons at Southpoint!!
