I moved my grandma to the Season Magnolia location when she left the hospital and had to be put on hospice. This season of life is never easy. We all want the best for our loved ones and to find a place like seasons is rare. When I did my tour I instantly felt at home. Candace was very friendly and answered all my questions. The staff and even current residents make you feel like family. You can feel the love in this building you are not just a patient. Hands down could not ask for a better experience for my grandma or family. I love that we were able to decorate my grandmas room to make it feel like her “home”. I love that breakfast, lunch and dinner are all cooked right here in the building. Fresh! Thank you Season’s for everything. This place is truly a blessing from above.

Looking for a home for a loved one that needs extra care can be very stressful. Marisa and Shawn have a heart for their residents and it shows! Experienced memory care staff, a loving environment, and a beautiful facility will bring comfort and a sense of family.
We moved my step-dad almost 3 weeks ago and he is quite the difficult resident due to his severe Alzheimers. The staff has handled him with care and lots of patience. The staff has taken the time to learn his behaviors and meet him where he is. My mom visits him daily, sometimes all day. They welcome here to come all the time. Even the director, Candace, goes above and beyond her job to make sure he is handled correctly with care. I appreciate all the hard work they do to care for all the residents, especially my step-dad.
It's always hard to place a loved one in a memory care facility, but Seasons, specifically Candace, has held our hand throughout this whole process and made it so much easier for us. It's evident how much she cares and how much she truly wants this experience to be positive for everyone involved. Candace and the staff have facilitated doctor's visits, lab work, follow-up appointments, etc. which takes so much stress off our shoulders. The staff is very supportive and helpful. They are always helping with FaceTime calls, regular phone calls, and never make us feel like we're "calling too much." They welcome texts with questions and encourage us to visit any time. They send us pictures of the fun activities the residents participate in and it just makes us feel so much better knowing that our loved one is well taken care of. The facility itself is a large house located in the middle of a neighborhood, so it truly is a home. It's beautifully updated with a big kitchen, two large living areas, and a beautiful yard. The residents get home cooked meals daily and the staff will occasionally prepare special individualized dishes to help residents get the nutrition they need. The small capacity means the residents get more individualized care and are less likely to be overlooked. So far, I've been very impressed with Seasons and am very happy with our decision to place our loved one here. Keep up the great work Seasons!
It breaks my heart that I am having to leave this review, but I think it is only fair to warn others of what we have seen and experienced at Seasons in Conroe. My grandmother passed away after being there for 7 months. Every day for 7 months one of my family members was by her side from 10-9pm. During our time there we witnessed caregivers sleeping on the job, needs not getting met because only ONE caregiver on staff, meds late causing our loved one to be in pain, caregivers up stairs giving care to someone and the residents downstairs left alone. The list could go on and on. When we reached out to Candace and Sean, we never got a response from them. In fact, when our loved one passed they didn’t even reach out. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your loved ones.
