Excellent team from admin to the nurses, CNAs to therapists. All so supportive and vigilant. Really appreciate the professionalism in this facility. My 80 year old mom did rehab here 15 years ago when she had a minor stroke and no one can even tell she ever had a stroke. This time she had a femoral by-pass and is recovering well. They truly treat you with care and with heart. If I can give 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would!!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible physical therapy team at Sea Cliff Healthcare Center for the exceptional care they provided to my dad after his knee surgery. From the very beginning, their professionalism, compassion, and dedication stood out. Son, his primary therapist, created a tailored recovery plan that not only helped my dad regain strength and mobility but also uplifted his spirits at every step. Throughout his recovery, Allen, Mark, Ben, and Judy worked with him on various exercises and treatments. They consistently answered our questions with clarity, detail, and patience. The team's encouragement and unwavering support made a challenging journey much smoother for both my dad and our family. They treated him with the utmost respect and care, always going above and beyond to ensure his comfort and progress. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, my dad is now well on his way to a full recovery. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing nurses and nurse assistants who made my dad’s stay at Sea Cliff truly pleasant. Mariana, Ashley, Jonathan, Kimberly, and Hannah were always there with a smile, ready to assist with anything he needed. Language was never a barrier for my dad in communication with the staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and cheerful demeanor brought immense comfort to my dad during his recovery. It was evident that they take pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient. Thanks to everyone at Sea Cliff Healthcare Center, my dad not only received outstanding medical care but also felt at home throughout his recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of a compassionate, dedicated team. We are forever thankful for their hard work, kindness, and genuine care.
I loved this facility, the staff were all so good. Son and Mark from therapy are great, I'm really appreciative of their help. I'm doing much better now and ready to go home because of the help of the great staff at Sea Cliff. Daisy the social services director was really nice and helped with my discharge home
I had the privilege of being taught by Luis Rivera during my clinical rotation at Seacliff, and I am truly grateful for the experience. Luis is an outstanding instructor who brings both knowledge and compassion to his teaching. He created a welcoming and respectful environment where students felt comfortable asking questions and practicing new skills. Luis always took the time to explain procedures thoroughly and shared valuable real-world experiences that helped us connect classroom learning to patient care. His patience, professionalism, and approachable nature made a lasting impact on my confidence as a nursing student. Thank you, Luis, for your dedication to our growth and for being such a positive influence throughout our clinical rotation.
My very independent 94-yr old mother was admitted to the Skilled Nursing Facility to recuperate from a hospital stay that stemmed from gall stones but was followed by other complications. She became increasingly weak during her 10-day hospital stay, and this rehab was to help her get stronger so she could go home. I don’t have much experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities but know enough to know that it really depends on the people that are servicing/helping you. Sea Cliff’s Rehabilitation Department was top notch. I cannot say enough about how caring, kind, gentle, patient, flexible to her schedule, and knowledgeable they are. They treated my mom like family. Alan (her main PT) even brought her special coffee each morning even if he wasn’t working with her. She had PT, OT, and Speech. All three were outstanding. The director coordinated her care so that she would not be completely overwhelmed each day and provided extra equipment to help her re-situate herself after being in the same position for too long. Mom did her exercises well and we saw improvement. Nursing staff is hard to score. Some were good and some were not so good. As with so many of these places with so many patients, you have to wait what seems like an eternity to get help. Sometimes, Mom said she pushed the call button and no one would come for an hour. When she was able enough, she (and I know her roommates too) had to do things for themselves even though they technically weren’t suppose to - but she couldn’t wait any longer to go to the bathroom. Nurses, LVNs, CNAs are all super busy but sometimes Mom simply felt ignored. Most were kind and helpful when in her presence. I do feel that someone has to advocate for the patient especially when it comes to medication management and procedures. I questioned the meds she was given and requested her catheter be removed before discharge. Doctor made changes only after I intervened. Nutrition management was good. They tried to accommodate what my mom wanted but this was difficult because my mom didn’t want/like anything. She had so little appetite. They made great effort to tailor the tray but with so many patients, I know if can be really difficult. A point of improvement would be for them to be more mindful when dropping off meals. Mom said they would often drop off the tray and leave… and sometimes she couldn’t even reach it. Mom’s stay was over 2 weeks. When the staff got to know her and her desires/schedule, things got better. It is never pleasant to have a love one be in one of these places but, overall, I think Sea Cliff was a great place for her to heal up some. I know that I would not have been able to take care of her if she came directly home from the hospital. Thank you all for your help!
