Given the long waiting time, I had an appointment for (sleeping) earplugs in the agenda at this branch for over a month (!). Today I received a call from an employee who indicated that the hearing care professional was ill and that she was therefore forced to cancel the appointment for tomorrow morning. This is of course no problem at all; everyone gets sick sometimes. However, no effort was made by the employee to reschedule this appointment at short notice. She only indicated that in a month (!) there will be a spot in the agenda again. I don't think this reflects good customer service or entrepreneurship. Expressing my dissatisfaction with the above did not yield any results. Interestingly enough, an employee at the branch in Katwijk previously told me that the Schoonenberg branches often only accept one of these types of appointments per day, because there is too little turnover from this. They prefer to help customers who come to have an expensive hearing aid fitted. An entrepreneur is of course free to do this, but it does give food for thought...
You can have a free hearing test done here almost every day between 1600 and 1645. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff who really take their time. This way you feel at ease, taken seriously and you can build a personal bond because you always come to the same employee for your appointments. As an attendant for my elderly father, I regularly visit the store and there is a pleasant atmosphere! Compliments for Mariëla!!
I had an appointment, but they couldn't find it in the system. Because the online system does not connect some data. Nice then, lose my holiday day for JanJoker and drive for a while...
I have been a customer of Schoonenberg Sassenheim for many years. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff! The reason I don't give 5 stars is that I had an appointment that I had to cancel due to illness. The next appointment could only be scheduled TWO months away!!! In the meantime, I regularly receive emails asking me to come by and try the Phonak Audéo Life. While I really want to purchase it, it is impossible to come by! Come on, Schoonenberg company, do something about these long waiting times!
