My mother passed away last week at the age of 97 after being at this facility for 2 years. This was by far the best place in Champaign-Urbana that she was at. The staff was caring and attentive, particularly Regina but all of them. The food was great. Mother was always clean and nicely dressed, and they treated her so well. She was never neglected or ignored. The admin was responsive to our needs and there was great communication with them. Thank you for this and for caring for her so well.

My cousin has been at Savoy Place since May 2023. They have become part of his family. They care for him and he really enjoys his caregivers especially the girls! So glad I chose them when he had to be moved closer to family. Cost was also a big factor for us and their rates are very competitive.
My wife has been here for 2+ years and has been well taken care of. The staff is caring, professional, and kind. There is a homey atmosphere and a family feel among several of the families of the residents. A shout out to the caregivers Muna, Destiny, Ashante, G, Terica, Daviana, Torrey, Ray, Edith, and Jason who work very hard, are compassionate, kind, and helpful. The nursing staff consisting of Andrea, Corina, Richard, and Elizabeth are very professional and compassionate. Thanks so much to all of you for caring for my wife. You're the best!
Highly recommend Autumn Leaves. Danielle, Director and Amanda, who jumped through hoops to get the approvals and equipment needed for my father-in-law were exceptional. He could be very difficult to deal with. Danielle would negotiate with love and compassion and helped my husband and I in the process. They went over and beyond to make their patients last chapter of their lives as fulfilling as possible.
After a family member suffered a stroke and the previous facility could no longer provide the necessary, the director of Autumn Leaves, Danielle Wade, offered to help. She arranged the transfer and handled all of the details as I was out of town. The director and staff at Autumn Leaves provided excellent care in a difficult situation and their caring attitude was deeply appreciated. It is my understanding that a new company is taking over Autumn Leaves on May 1. If the director and other personnel stay the same under the new company, I would recommend this facility based on my experience.
