My entire family would like to express extreme gratitude to the staff and other members that work here. My grandmother was admitted there in the summer and the nurses took great care of here during her time there. Unfortunately, she ended up passing there due to complications from Covid and each nurse let us know what a great woman she was and how much they enjoy her there. Me and my family can't thank them enough for the work they did we will always be grateful for everything they did for her!

One of the worst in this state... The smell of this place can get u sick the staff the majority of them are just there for the check.... The way they speak to the people they care for is horrible... Don't know they pass health codes human codes seems like the state doesn't care what happens to the people there smfh. . WARNING THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN GLAD MY FATHER IS NOT THERE ANY MORE!!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVE ONES HERE..
My poor son was here for 5 months. He was left to lay in his own feces for hours on end. He went without being fed because he is a full feed and they are so understaffed.This place should be shut down. I wouldn't send my dog here. Disgusting
My stay here was nice. The staff is very helpful. New administration is more accessible then previous . Therapy put me back in shape after broken shoulder and replaced hip. The kitchen accommodates me to the best of their abilities. The social worker door has always been available to me.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Literally horrendous. Do not send anyone here unless you want them to be close to death and you’ll be told the person is being taken care of. Visited my loved one this morning to find either urine or vomit on his wall, totally unresponsive, yellow. Had him sent to Vassar, and thank god I got there when I did, because who knows what would’ve happened if I didn’t show up in time.
