The Sapphire Nursing at Meadow Hill is a great facility where the care and attention is outstanding. The care they gave my mother was beyond my expectations. Now that my father needs someone to help him with his daily activity's I know this will the best place for him.

My 88yr old uncle, a new resident is adjusting after only being there a few short days. The nurse Kaitlyn who was working while I was there was attentive to my uncle. She explained his needs and what her plans for his stay are. While there the aide stopped in a couple times. Didn't show concern or knowledge of my uncle. She stated she didn't know a few things, nor did she gather the information for the family. In the couple times she stopped in, once was to watch a short video on her phone. My uncle is unable to feed himself and needs a little extra care, care she did not provide. I am so glad I was there to assist. I will be there everyday to ensure my uncle gets the care he needs and the family gets the answers we need.
horrible experience working here as a new aid saw a lot of problems. Wouldn’t recommend anybody putting their relative there or working there as a new aid. They are very skilled at making it look good for “ the family “ , staff will also set you up to fail, and they also lie about pay rates. I injured my back my first day coming back as a new aid due to complete staffing negligence. Find somewhere better for your loved one this isn’t the place 🫶🏽❤️ I left because i did not want to be apart of the company’s beliefs as to what we should do for caring for our residents. - former CNA at Sapphire!!!! Truly Disgusting !!!! Never seen anything like it .
Some staff are nice some just let you sit there Administrator and their team doesn't handle things properly. I wouldn't work here. As far as putting your loved one in here I would look elsewhere before I put them in this place to just sit and look at the walls for the same price for them to live at home.
Mom has been in place at Sapphire at Meadow Hill for approximately 4 days now. She likes the food she says that the people are friendly and she's smiling a lot more. Her physical therapy and occupational therapy and speech therapy are going well. She's receiving her 75 minutes a day so far and we are satisfied with the service at this point.
