Nurse Vicky, Yolanda and Cliff were my mom's favorites. Everyone was very nice but these 3 went the extra mile. They were so personable, had great senses of humor and we're on it no matter what it was. Thanks for making her stay so much better.

I had the privilege of having Nurse Vicky take care of my mom during her stay at Sante of Chandler, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for her exceptional care. From the moment we arrived, Vicky made sure that my mom felt comfortable, supported, and well taken care of. She was not only professional but also incredibly kind and compassionate. Vicky took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients, and her dedication to my mom’s well-being made all the difference during her stay. I am so thankful for Vicky’s outstanding service, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of top-notch nursing care. She truly deserves 5 stars!
This is my second trip to this facility. While the first one was a little rocky, my concerns were addressed and handled by the Director of the facility Mario. (thank you Mario!) He proved to me that although there were some issues their hearts were in the right place. With his involvement and attention to detail he restored my confidence. His help and commitment were what led to my choosing Sante again when I was faced with a rehab stay. So even if things don't go perfect. they do not anywhere. they will willingly address your issues and be sure your stay is as comfortable and useful as possible compared to any of the other "places" out there.
My mother had hip surgery back in January and if wasn’t for the Awesome CNA’s she had I’m not sure how it would have gone they had so much empathy and kindness and passion for their patients! Yolanda thank you for absolutely everything without you it would have not gone so smoothly you were extremely caring every place should have at least one of you! And Melinda you were very very kind and loving to my mom you reminded me of my family members you went above and beyond for my mom and for me as well you made my visit very comfortable with my mom thank you. And Lisa your very sweet always making sure my mom had everything she needed everyday because of your thoughtfulness and making sure my mom always had her dinner you didn’t think twice not to take control of the situation so again to the three ladies I spoke of wishing there were more just like you so again thank you for your love and kindness♥️♥️ Thank you Jennifer
