We spent the past two days visiting my aunt at the Santa Fe Care facility and were so impressed with the care that ALL the care facilitators gave to our beloved family member!! Every action and interaction they had was truly a blessing. You can’t put a price on peace of mind, which is what we came away with! Thank you to all the people at the care center that make our aunt’s experience very comfortable!
I went to visit my brother today and, the receptionist Mary was so polite and friendly, she showed me my brothers room location and was helpful, then as I went towards the living quarters, several of the residents were out in an opened setting listening to music and enjoying talking to the staff! It was so nice and special to see the staff interacting with the residents and cheering them up singing and dancing was cute! The floors and everything were so clean and it smelled fresh and clean! It was all in all a great visit! The staff greeted me and came to say hello to my uncle and I as we played a game of cards, that was nice and warming to be welcomed as a guest and visitor! Thanks for making this visit comforting
I wouldn’t believe a word about what any of these people say I had a family member there and he had got treated badly no pain medication. They didn’t even check to see if he needed anything. It was the worst the fastest I got him out of there the best if you have family there I would not recommend keeping them there any longer get them outta there all the employees were just standing around talking in the hall. There is people that needed tending to no one was there to help no one knew English everyone was so lost and so rude The building was disgusting filthy. My family members room was beyond filthy the worst care I don’t know how this place is even open and from what I seen everyone standing around just getting a check for not doing a damn thing. Worst place ever to keep a family member and believe me I’m in healthcare and this place had me mad especially how my family member was treated
Horrible just horrible. Do not put your loved ones here unless you want them to develop bed sores, rashes and infections. They don't have anyone in charge of infection control, nor any one in charge of educating the staff. They have a would nurse if you can can him that, he's never around, always on break, smoking or out to lunch for hours at a time. Whatever they're paying him is way to much. The poor nurses can never find supplies abs are frequently out of the basics, wipes and adult incontinence briefs n underpass. The housekeepers are lazy n don't know how to clean. You have to wonder who's running this show. IT starts at the top if they dont know what they're doing and don't care well guess what. As for employees most mean well but if they don't feel appreciated or valued guess what. One employee told me what they got for Christmas. A dollar scratch off. Well there you go.
