I highly recommend Sandra Lane Senior Living Apartments! They have many activities for their residents, it is a beautifully decorated establishment that is clean and well taken care of. Their staff has always been very helpful and prompt with any concerns we may have and the management there is amazing! Amy always welcomes everyone with a smile and is always willing to drop everything to make sure that your needs are met! Her top priorities are her staff, residents and making sure that everyone and their family are in a safe, clean and happy environment!

Since the day we arrived at Sandra Lane, Amy has been nothing but kind and efficient. We have seen her address many problems that have come up in the building, all the while conducting interviews and giving tours. During this past year we have shared her with other Clover Management Group properties as she assisted other building managers in their jobs when they were busy. Amy still had time for listening to the residents here. We absolutely love her! I can't even imagine Sandra Lane without Amy here!
My grandma lived at Sandra lane apts for 17yrs before she was put in assisted living She absolutely loved the residents and doing activities. The residents there are so sweet and friendly and so is the Management. Amy (manager) treats the residents like family. She is so sweet, friendly and professional. Anytime I am there it is always clean and well maintained.
Toured Sandra Lane Apartments and was quite impressed from the well maintained beautiful grounds to well maintained inside.The manager Amy was very warm and welcoming, very professional. The moment you walk inside you feel at home. Very beautifully decorated to make you feel comfortable and at home. Very clean as well. Secured building as well for residents safety. Amy has a very good repoire with the residents. I met some residents while touring ,very friendly and you can see they love Amy. She cares about each and every one of them making them feel like family. I am very much considering making this my home thanks to Amy!
11/26 UPDATE - Active, severe BED BUG infestation. Sandra Lane needs to "step it up". We have an elderly family member living in one of these apartments. While we appreciate that they are able to live independently, Sandra Lane repeatedly falls short in upholding its end of the lease. It takes multiple calls to have any issues resolved, and some are never resolved at all. The response time for indoor and outdoor maintenance should never take weeks, particularly on a property dedicated to providing housing for an older population. Whenever I go to visit I am assaulted by the overpowering stench of stale cigarette in and around the front office of the building. This is a health and safety hazard and should never be tolerated, nor should the garbage totes that routinely line the walkway to the main entrance of the building overflowing with trash. Finally, we have found management to be unprofessional in conduct, appearance, and attitude. It would not take much to improve the quality of lives for the residents of Sandra Lane. A dash of compassion would go a long way here.
