I cannot express enough gratitude and praise for Sandalwood Village Assisted Living ! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported by the entire staff. The facility is immaculate, with beautiful common areas and spacious rooms. But it's the people that truly make Sandalwood Village shine. The caregivers are attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know each resident's unique needs, preferences, and personalities. The activities team is creative and engaging, offering a wide range of programs that cater to diverse interests. The management team is responsive, transparent, and always available to address any concerns or questions we may have. They truly prioritize the well-being and happiness of their residents. We feel blessed to have found Sandalwood Village Assisted Living and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a supportive, loving, and inclusive community for their loved one. Thank you, Sandalwood Village, for all that you do!"

It’s amazing how one person can make a difference in a building. Shantinique loves on my Aunt like she’s her own kin. My aunt is like my mom and l often feel Leary about who takes care of her but seeing my aunt with her l feel save and secure with her being there. I also love the meals they cook there. Very intimate setting with a family oriented feel. Thanks for all you guys do. I know this field can be overwhelming and challenging, I too work in the medical field. Much compassion and empathy to the staff
I'm thrilled to see the positive changes at Sandalwood Village Assisted Living since the new management took over! The care and attention my loved one receives has improved significantly. The staff is more attentive, and the facility is cleaner and more well-maintained. I'm so grateful for the new management's commitment to excellence. Shantinique , Zakia , and Rayann :) Your work doesn’t go unnoticed. Great job to you all and your staff team
I don’t know why there is never toilet paper in my sister’s bathroom? I would like to have a calendar of activities but apparently there’s no one available. Do they have any activity other than the television? The staff is friendly though.
Hard to find, since they sit way off the road behind a bingo place. My mother was there 5 years and we rarely had any complaints. Everyone, right down to the cook, was warm, attentive & caring. They treated her like family and did a great job. Never once did we see a suspicious mark on her body or a neglected mess or hygiene problem. But, since adding on the new section of the building, it has become much more difficult to get anyone to answer the phone or the doors! I suspect they're probably understaffed. Also, they're a bit inefficient with the laundry service, as many times mom's clothes would dissappear or she'd have clothes in her room that didn't belong to her. They were expensive, as all these type of businesses are, but they were WAY more reasonable then most others. It's small and intimate, a no frills kind of place that was perfect for someone like my mother who had advanced dementia and did nothing all the time. Diet was fantastic as all is prepared in-house. When my mom passed, move out was a breeze, as they took as a donation to other patients anything we didn't want to take, which was pretty much everything including her furniture & clothes. I hope the new management (under the new name) as well as they're expansion to a 50 bed facility doesn't change this place from the wonderful home that Serenity Village was.
