I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my grandmother received at The Sanctuary at Tuttle Crossing. My grandmother was in the long term section and from the moment we walked through the door, the staff made us feel like family. Every individual, from the nurses to the administrative team, genuinely cared about her well-being, and it was evident in every interaction. The environment was warm, welcoming, and well-maintained, which instantly put both my grandmother and our family at ease. What stood out most was how attentive and compassionate the caregivers were. They took the time to get to know her, ensuring that her specific needs were met with patience and understanding. It was clear that they go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. I also appreciated the open communication—whenever I had questions or concerns, the staff was always available to discuss them in detail. It’s rare to find a place where the staff truly treats the residents with the same love and respect they would their own family members, and I am so thankful for the peace of mind that this facility has given us. I wholeheartedly recommend The Sanctuary at Tuttle Crossing to anyone looking for a caring, thoughtful, and dedicated team to look after their loved ones. My grandmother was in great hands, and for that, my family and I are incredibly thankful.

My daughter was only here for a few days before she died. The care was excellent. The staff was very responsive and when one turned on the call light it only took a few minutes for a response. There was one nurse, Mary, that was so helpful in arranging Hospice care and taking care of things in general. The building was kept clean.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. This is not a place to take your loved one for skilled compassionate care. The staff is inattentive and does not respond when a patient needs assistance. We were lied to by the staff on several occasions including being told equipment was functioning when it was not. To say that the culture is toxic and dysfunctional is an understatement. I have never experienced such a lack of caring in my life. Run away and don’t look back!
Went for an interview today. The main entrance was closed, which I was not informed of and had to find my way around to which part of the facility was opened. Once I found it I had to ring the door bell. Stood there for 10 minutes after ringing bell a few times. What I assume to be a nurses aide passed by me once looked at me and made no attempt to help me inform anyone I was there. I decided to just leave. If going for an interview I’d save your time and go somewhere else where the company won’t waste your time. EDIT: adding my conversation with them on indeed since they want to act like I didn’t have anything scheduled in the comment.
I worked here as an STNA only for 5 days AND LET ME TELL YOU. This place is very toxic and dysfunctional I would not recommend working here. A lot of employees are currently quitting because of the drama and stress being put onto them along with others not doing their job an if they are not quitting because of it they are getting fired. Most of the people working right now are agency because they have little to no employees because it is so dysfunctional and toxic. There is really no dress code besides scrubs and really nothing else l've seen people come in with literal nails from the salon don't know why?? That's a health hazard when caring for residents. Along with crocs with holes multiples times (there's a shower room and the floor gets soaked a dirty). When I was getting hired on there really wasn’t any routine procedure you would go through when getting hired at any other job or a typical job. Management is so rude, they don’t help or resolve issues a pick a choose who they like alone with the other coworkers.
