I just moved a friend in here, She loves it! I am also on the waiting list and can't wait for them to call me! I love the apartment and the staff is so friendly and helpful ,especially Laura! Fingers crossed i get call by the time my lease is up at my currant place in October!! I have 2 emotional support cats and they allow them with proper Dr.Letter!! I know I will be so happy and at home at Samaritas!...UPDATE: I got the call! I'm so excited to call this my new home!!! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff! So I have now been here 7 months and Love my neighbors and have made a lot of friends here. But I didnt realize how small and lack of space and storage it was. And my view isnt the greatest, I see overflowing dumpsters and a generator. So unfortunatley I will be moving when my lease is up. Ihave moved almost a month ago on november 7th and still waiting for my security deposit!! NOT HAPPY

I live here. Friendly residents and beautiful common areas. The grounds are stunning. My apartment is very quiet. It took about 8 months for me, personally, to have an appointment, so be willing to wait and have all your information ready when your name comes up. Very nice "affordable living".
Very nice apartment complex with friendly staff, nice common area including big screen TV, kitchen, pool table, and a small library with computers. Plenty of on site events for holidays, mens night, women's night, bingo, coffee and doughnut day etc... The apartments are of nice quality, my onluly complaint is they can run a bit warm if your neighbors run their heaters on high. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with special needs.
I lived at Danish Village some years ago and loved it. It would've definitely been a five. I left to care for an elderly family member and when the time was right I chose to return.
Called the other day for information about applying to move to in. The woman on the phone was very kind gave details never rushed was super friendly. The waiting list is 18-24 months if your considering a move.
