Lived there for a little over 2 years. The owners are very exploitative financially of the tenants. Especially to be deceptively categorized as "low income senior apartments". Annual rent hikes of $20 plus a month annually without fail. Not only that but tenants are required to pay in full for utilities and cable TV. There are many Russian tenants. Many who don't speak English fluently. I mean if you're not a "low income" facility. DON'T LIE THAT YOU ARE! Apparently this beautiful pricey senior facility is exploiting their FALSE status of being low income to pocket a lot of cash. Shame on you Salony House owners. SHAME!
