We toured with Laura last week and immediately knew this was the place for our mother. The moment we walked in Laura greeted us with a smile. Her knowledge and empathy is unmatched. Every employee said hello with a smile. The facility is clean and odor free. Feels like a resort not a "facility". My family and I are completely relieved knowing she will be well taken care of at Salida Woods. Thank you Laura!

Our experience with Salida woods has been great. From start to present time. Laura is a wonderful person to have in our corner. We love her. Staff and facility are also great.
The executive directors mail box is full, so essentially she is inaccessible if she does not answer the phone. The wellness director will not return calls regarding placement of my mother. This will be the 4th time I have called and 2nd message I have left with no call backs. If the marketing side of business is this poor I would hate to see what the caregiver aspect is like. As a nurse myself this company does not handle business promptly. They lied and said they have called me a few times. Only call back that I received was today after this one star review, to be told after 3 weeks they will not accept my mother in their facility. Your response is a lie. There was no text, no follow through until today. Despite having the info you needed to make a decision for 3 weeks. Garbage company with garbage employees.
We toured this beautiful community and I can say that Laura surely has a special talent in senior living. She made us feel beyond grateful and comfortable searching for a place for mom. Thank you Salida for being so warm and welcoming! Highly recommend
Extremely grateful!!!! This facility is amazing! It is never easy putting a parent into assisted living the staff is very welcoming and answered all are questions. Feels like we are moving our mom into a resort.
