Before moving in there were plenty of options for Mom to choose from to have her home suit her needs. She was so happy there was a pool for her to swim laps. Mom’s a big reader and appreciates the library here, and that the Milwaukee Public Library visits once a month. For computer help, it’s a load off my mind there’s tech support available. We enjoy attending the lectures, play readings and concerts with her. They’re all so good. We’re always thrilled when she invites us to dine with her at Taylor’s. The food is delicious. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly, interested, patient and kind. They know the residents and the families, too. Mom loves it at Saint John’s On the Lake. If need be, we’d definitely pick here to live as well. Barb

Our first time at Taylors was lunch on April 24. We are Shore Holders and were pleased with the number and type of menu offerings. Of course, the view is wonderful. The staff was attentive and the pace of dining not rushed -- we appreciated this as too many restaurants are in a hurry to serve diners so they leave and tables can be turned. One additional comment, as my husband and I checked our your new food offeering and were disappointed to not see an espresso machine. Everyone we know regularly goes out for coffee drinks and we are hoping St John's is considering adding this option. A latte and the morning papers is always a treat as we can always make a French press at home. We are looking forward to making St. John's our home. Christine Radiske
Our parents selected Saint John's many years before they moved. It was great to know they had a plan that provided a stable choice for their future and offered flexibility in terms of timing. We were glad to have them back in Milwaukee to enjoy time with us, friends, (seven longtime friends also lived at Saint John's!), and the interesting people they met. In the last decade, Saint John's has guided our family through the decline and passing of our mother, and the transition of our dad to skilled nursing care. Saint John's embraces and reflects its Episcopal tradition of firm principles which include welcoming people of different spiritual beliefs, gender, race, and sexual orientation to the community. We're glad they belong at Saint John's.
My mom has been at St John's on the Lake for over a year. She is very happy living here. The daily activity programming has so much to offer to the entire community. My family is forever grateful for the dedicated and caring staff. I can't think of a better place for mom.
St. John’s on the Lake is great!. The staff is friendly, caring and always ready to assist with any issues that arise. There’s always something interesting going on here, especially music events. The residents are a big part of living at St. John’s. Everyone works to create a welcoming community.. If you’re seeking a place where you’ll feel at home, St. John’s on the Lake is the ideal choice. Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
