I love this place! Everyday my happy bucket gets filled up with the smiles and laughter of our residents and staff. Over 4 years ago when I came here I felt a “lightness”. That lightness has not dimmed but continues to burn brighter every day.
Just wanted to let you know that my mom is telling family/friends that she loves her new place. I have heard several comments about how good she looks and seems to be doing. I can tell you she has been very nice to me, unlike the way she had been treating me. I know she has issues with the food,but she is used to eating like our moms and grandmas cooked. Thankful for Sage Lake❤️
I was so pleased with the care that my Mom received while at Sage Lake. Unfortunately after a couple of months of moving in, my Mom was placed on Hospice. Everyone, at every level, was there for my family. The kindness and support made each day a little easier. The staff made me feel so comfortable and were always available to answer any questions or help with any problems. Summer, Mary, Jenn, Flo, Becca, and so many others made my Mom's time there feel like home. I will be forever grateful for the dignity and respect given to my Mom at the end of her life. I would highly recommend Sage Lake.
I was there visiting My mother ,location clean and very nice. Food service very slow, location seams to be understaffed. Took 3 hours for the lunch. Came down at 11:00 and at 2:00 still not served. Mangerment needs to correct or needs to be changed. For the cost of this place you should k ow what is going on and correct this service. No scheduling of duties or services. Need more help at this location.
