Terrible conditions, caregivers do not pay attention to the clients, terrible food, dirt everywhere, they leave the clients in dirty diapers all day and do not let them socialize, do not go out with them, at least they often run out of diapers. They left one client and she almost suffocated. And some caregivers' attitude is even aggressive, they push and rub them. If the clients need something and call for help, they are not willing at all and just roll their eyes.
The employees in the facility do what they can, despite the fact that there are few of them, they have to provide care. Everyone has the right to choose a suitable device for himself.
Mom is not very happy with the nurse...
I, personally, have always met with helpfulness, willingness to help and a friendly approach. My godmother lives here, she is extremely satisfied with the provided health care, food and cleaning. With two words "Hats off".
