I would like to share with you my not very pleasant experience. I stayed here when I was on a business trip. When I came to the hotel in the evening, the door of the room was open and the light was on. When I looked inside, it looked like an explosion. I realized that I had been robbed. Fortunately, I carry all the important things with me, but that day I was driving with a colleague, so I left the navigation in the room. Of course, the navigation caught the thief's attention and he adopted it as his own. The owner of the hotel told me before she knew anything was lost that she would of course reimburse me if I found out that something was missing. Unfortunately, it was no longer valid in the morning, when I reminded her that we had agreed to replace the navigation in the evening. It got to the stage where she started making up stories, that she knows who stole it, that he stole her laptop, but she said he was drunk and asleep.... She didn't want to call the police, that it was an internal matter. Well, just scary. That's why I went to the police and reported it as a crime. The police advised me that I should make an agreement with the owner of the hotel so that she would file a claim with the insurance company. Unfortunately, when I asked the owner of the hotel, she accused me that no one had stolen anything from me, that I wanted to make a living from her and that she would not sign or replace anything for me. The police told me there was nothing they could do about it. The opinion of everyone around me is that the good guy who robbed me must be someone from the hotel, because neither the door nor the window was broken. I would really like to know how it was and I hope that the "good guy" in question will use my navigation and not end up in a container somewhere. Thank you to this hotel for a pleasant experience.
