My stepfather, who suffers from dementia, and I have always received a great deal of warmth and support here, especially since he was having a hard time adjusting to his new situation. The team was always there. Whether it was personal support or anything organizational, we always felt well looked after and supported. Moving to the Czech Republic was the best decision for us. Since we live in Hungary, I brought my mother to the Életfa nursing home. I was very satisfied with the care. When my mother was dying, my husband and I were called in time so we could still be with her. If I ever need a place in a nursing home, I would definitely register at Életfa as well.
After suffering three strokes, my father spent the last two years in a nursing home in Vacov, Czech Republic, run by SeniorPalace. The accommodation left nothing to be desired, the care was excellent, and the residents even enjoyed dance parties and other celebrations. Long after my father's death, the SeniorPalace company was of great help to me in matters of administration, certificates and other matters with the Czech authorities. Big thanks to Mrs. Frank and her father. If I ever have to go to a nursing home, I will have no hesitation in receiving care from SeniorPalace.
Due to the closure of the home in which our mother was staying, we had to look for accommodation again. In Germany the prospects were very poor, with waiting lists lasting many months. But here they had great understanding for our situation and made us a promise right away. We are very grateful and satisfied. 5 stars, thumbs up.
My wife was in the Senior Palace nursing home from 2016 to 2021 after falling down the stairs. We were very satisfied with the care and her stay in the nursing home. The service with the admission and the transport of my wife from Germany was very well organized. If I had any questions, I received professional answers very quickly. All in all, my daughter and I were very satisfied with the service and advice. My wife passed away in 2021, we were also very satisfied with the service, formalities and repatriation were in good hands there.
