This place is truly unbelievable! Please do not bring your love one here! No one work together here! The doctors are on one page, nurses are on another, poor aides are overworked and some are not even certified! They promise you to do most in this facility and yet, NOTHING EVERY GETS DONE! The machines are super and outdated that they use here. My family member that is there right now was way too tall for the bed. Thank God they finally ordered the correct size bed. Now almost one month later we’re still waiting for the correct size mattress. May 03, 2025 will be exactly one month. Most patient are there for rehab and therapy which I know for sure he barely gets! Just yesterday occupational therapy was supposed to go on for 30 minutes and the therapist was only there for exactly 12minutes. Unreal! We have been waiting FOREVER the respiratory doctor and I’ve yet to see or hear from him! I can go on for hours about this respiratory bull crap. Lastly, everyone there needs to learn about bedside manners. We have a form with the power of attorney which we gave to Runnells. This form has myself and my son name on there. There has been too many times that friends or family members can walk in that facility, question the doctors or the nurses and they will give them all the information. I have heard things from family member before the facility can even contact me or myself. Instead of taking the time out to check to see who is on the power of attorney. They just let it all out. I’m sure they know that is a major lawsuit! One good thing I can say about this place is, they do have a friendly staff, but I’m not there to make friends!

Worst place I have ever worked. The front door has been broken for the whole duration of my two years working there. I quit because it was way too cold working there with the doors being stuck open in 40 degree weather. Mind you, I worked at the first desk. I was asked to leave a review my administration, so here we go :) After working there for almost 2 years I asked for a raise and was ignored by admin for almost 5 months and would rarely see them on my days scheduled. And only one of the admins actually knew my name and I worked there for 2 years. There were plenty of amazing nurses and can’s that supported patients I have to admit. But admin sucked and did not care for employee morale at all, especially not at the front desk or activities staff.
My dad spent 4 weeks at Runnells after surgery on his T10-L3. The therapy & nursing department were amazing and my dad was able to walk out of the facility with a cane. We cannot thank the staff at Runnells for working so hard to get him back on his feet.
This place especially on the second floor the worker don’t know anything about dementia or Alzheimer’s is the worse to put your love ones don’t bring your love ones there. The nurses don’t have patients they are mistreated not giving them there medication not even water. Patients pampers are not changed some have bad rashes the place is dirty. We have our mother there she had bruises, scratches , bad rashes they wasn’t feeding her lost weight we complained nothing was done so we took our mother out of there . Please don’t bring ur love one’s there. All the patients are being mistreated and nelgected.
