Very, very disappointing. I feel very sorry for every caring person who is looking for or has a place there. Our uncle was there in short-term care for two weeks and we had to get him out. Any longer day would have done him harm. Nursing staff uncaring, lunch the same three days in a row, a request for warm tea was rejected with the answer “it will be served at the next meal”, and, and, and…:-( This situation makes you very sad. Lots of grievances!!! On some days there are only 2 PKs on early and late shift. The residents suffer because they have to be cared for under time pressure. grievances, errors, sick notes/ Terminations of the PKs for stress are pre-programmed!!!
Staff very unfriendly, general working atmosphere not very nice and the home is not particularly clean.
Small, friendly retirement home in a quiet location in Starnberg.
Absolutely not recommended.
