The social worker is rude. Will not provide a list of available resources citing patient privacy. Obviously she has no idea what consists of patient privacy and what is general information. Her attitude was unacceptable for someone working with the public.

Thank you for helping me through my journey of getting well. I want to give a shot out to Freddie. He was always there when I needed him. He really helped thru my recovery. Very grateful for him. He is very polite and attentive. Marie was the same way Your company is blessed to have these 2 people Thank you for my good experience
Great physical therapy staff. Food sucks, short staffed. My mom had to wait 2 hours for Tylenol!!! Took forever to get some one there to help her when she needed to go to the bathroom. They forgot to give her a shower 1 and 1/2 weeks when she finally did get a shower!!! Asked for a better more comfortable chair for my dad the said they would but never did. He ended up bringing his own in so he could stay with her. Concrete block building so very cold. Had to bring in extra blankets for her to keep her warm. I would not advise staying there. She broke her hip and was there for 1 month. They wanted her to stay another 3 weeks but she checked her self out and I and my dad too care of her. She is much better at home least she gets the care she needs when needed!
Royal Gardens use to be 5 star back in the day…. Now if you look it up it’s 1 star with a hand the hand means that there was someone found guilty of touching a loved one a patient. There is no consistency with staff it is mostly travelers who work 13 weeks and go to their next assignment. Residents complain about their meals with good cause because they are awful and they don’t adhere to diabetes, vegan, or heart menus.. they have mold in the building, they have water and plumbing 🪠 problems… the one maintenance man said that he found to dead rats in the ceiling, their air filters needed to be changed they were black. If you plan to work there be prepared to work short staffed, and sometimes be responsible for 45 patients and sometimes at night be responsible for the whole house which could be up to 90… there are no hall sinks for employees to wash their hands between patients and good luck finding a hand sanitizer on the hallway that is filled. Things don’t get document in a timely fashion… crash carts and cbg machines can go days or even weeks with out being checked… State is called in on regular basis by residents which it should be.. you have some old time employees probably about 10 they truly honor their job and do wonderful care.. if I could give zero stars I would.. the residents should come first and this isn’t the case. Please choose the facility your loved one is going too very carefully….
Don't bring your family member here ! My mother fell and was taken there. She kept saying that her hip hurt and they continued to make her do physical therapy. Finally AFTER 5 days, they x-rayed her and she had a broken hip. Then on the way back to her room, the staff member knee'd the oxygen tank into the wheelchair causing them to break her other hip. Another thing, everytime I went in, it smelt of urine. Please look up the citations and violations against them before EVER considering them for your loved one.
