I would like to express my gratitude to the management, and to all staff of Vista Cove Memory Care Unit for the excellent care they gave to my brother in-law. The place is quiet, looks festive for the holiday, and very clean. Their staff are very helpful and polite.
Terminal illness of a love one is one of the most traumatic experience in life. Somtimes family need help to cope and to provide the proper care for that person. Vista Cove provided that help and went out of their way to make my mothers passing as comfortable as possible. All the staff did a great job and I'm deeply thankful to them. I highly recommend them. The staff here specifically Gel is very unprofessional and too lazy to do her job. I hope this reaches the management so they can do something about it.
I had a horrible experience here I would give serious consideration before bringing your loved one here their night supervisor Eric Goat prefers to spend his time not tending to your loved ones but making sexual advances to his employees he spends his days courting women in relationships trying to break up happy family's rather then tend to his one priority which is the well being of his patients he uses his management position to bully his co-workers unless he likes you in a sexual manner in which you get special treatment he'll do all your charting for you ..in hopes he can get a girlfriend how sad is that so beware admitting your loved one or if you consider this place for a good career change and this coming from my girlfriend who has been enduring this treatment for months since she began working there.
