My sister is a client there and it is a delight to visit her as the staff is so friendly and helpful! Activities are ongoing to keep all patients occupied if they so desire.. The 4 th floor is beautiful with lots of windows to look out on the water. Lunch is served there every week day, and a gorgeous sitting area to visit with my sister .She feels very happy to be there..

My wife has been in 3 different Royal Rehabilitation complexes over the years and Royal Megansett is far and away the best. The location is calming and quite lovely, overlooking Megansett Harbour. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone from housecleaning to nursing makes a real effort to accommodate any requests as quickly as possible. And always with a smile. The menu is complete and the food is well prepared. Visiting hours are generous and children are permitted. Although no one ever looks forward to going to rehab, if you have a choice I would recommend Royal Megansett. Updated 9 September 2023
I am very impressed with the high level of care Royal Megansett gave to my mother. The staff is amazing! If I had any questions, I could ask any of the staff questions and they know exactly who my mother was and could give knowledge up to date information on her. I highly recommend Royal Megansett!
I have to give a big shout out to the Regional Director of Admissions for Royal nursing homes, including Megansett, Rosie Miller. During a process that is both arduous and emotional, Rosie helped me get my mom settled in, ensured we had the right support, and from beginning to end was informative, compassionate and kind. My mom is off to a great start at Megansett and my family and I are grateful to Rosie and to the clinical staff.
This north falmouth home is great and I will recommend it to anyone that is looking. The nurses were so kind and helpful taking care of my grandmother at the end of her life. She got to have a perfect view of the water she grew up on, which was a huge plus. The floor manager answered all of our questions anytime we asked about her care, with honesty and compassion. The director of nurses and the administrator are knowledgeable and involved. Anyone that has dealt with placing family members in a facility knows how hard it is, but royal megansett put myself and my family at ease knowing she was getting great care.
