My rating is for the CNA’s who cared for my father, Carol, and Maria. Although he was not there long I saw them be so attentive and so kind to my father along with other patients. They helped patients not assigned to them and was always gentle and kind with her words. They are amazing people and should be recognized for the work and compassion they have for everyone. I wish them the best and am grateful that they cared for my father during such a traumatic time for us. Shout out to Eddie the charge nurse who tended to my daddy as well. They’re amazing and I am grateful for them.

My stay there was awesome love rhe staph. It was clead and fresh..anyone says any different must have been a less than model patient picky fussy and rude, because the staff is very pleasant very accommodating.
I came here to visit a family friend. On my way out the building my family and I notices a patient on the floor in room 108 she said has fallen. Naturally, I rushed to the front desk and a woman there said she's not a nurse so she cannot do anything. She didn't even try to contact her co-workers to help the patient, she just pointed to room 107 with a nurse in it and told me to talk to her, so I did. I told the nurse that a patient in 108 has fallen, she showed no sense of urgency for the patient and told me to go to the front desk. I confusingly went back to the front desk and helplessly waited. As my family and I waited, we watched over the patient in room 108, it is horrendous that none of the staff showed urgency at this point. Then the same nurse I spoke with in room 107 came to the main hallway, again, I told the nurse that a patient has fallen in room 107. Suddenly the nurse showed extreme urgency for the patient in 107. Her reaction in the main hallway was night and day compared to her reaction in a private room. Be wary when you leave your loved ones at this clinic.
Worst facility ever. Do not leave your love one there. They do not care, from the chef nurse to the CNA. They treated my husband so poorly. I will do my best to report this facility to the health department. I can assure you of that!!!! This place need to be closed DOWN. Shame on you!!!! I hate this place soooo much!!!!
