My Mother recently fell and broke her Femur. A very painful fall and recovery to say the least. I had a choice of rehab centers and chose RH&Rehab on Ridge Road. She'd been here before for Hip Surgery recovery & Rehab. They were so helpful, friendly, and considerate of our needs during her stay. It's important to place our loved ones in centers that will care for them as we would. Rehab is hard enough to go thru, therefore having an outstanding staff of caring professionals means so much to the families. The roles that everyone fills in the center is taken quite seriously and has great importance!! I couldn't say enough about this place and how happy we are to have Mother here. When her recovery/rehab is completed and I get to bring her back home, I'll always remember that her healing had a great deal to do with her care here...and of course lots of prayers!! 😊

To say I was pleased with this facility is an understatement. My sister was transferred here after a 3-month hospital stay. After a major stroke she needed total care. She was scared, cranky, and very demanding. She was also very sick with numerous treatments demanding attention. From Admin to Aide, I have no complaints about any staff I dealt with on almost a daily basis. Their Hospice team stepped in and provided an additional resource I came to depend on. I will forever be grateful for the care they gave my sister and for the care they extended to me.
The Roxboro Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a very exceptional facility. It is clean and a caring place to place your love one. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend this facility.
It takes them forever to return hospital call back to get info to accept a patient. Have waited almost 2 days for them to return a call
Insurances companies spend a lot of money to pay for the patients that live there. This place should be ashamed of the jail quality food they are serving people. Absolutely unbelievable!!! On top of that, the patients only get 30 minutes of physical therapy a day. The physical therapist aren't even there on weekends, so the patients only get 30 minutes of therapy each day for 5 days a week. How are the patients supposed to get the protein they need to get stronger if most of them don't eat all the food because it's that horrible? Let alone the little 30 minutes of therapy. Seems like this place is just worried about a bottom line, not their patients. I will be contacting higher authorities about this.
