I cannot recommend this facility under any circumstances. My aunt recently had to be rushed to the hospital due to severe sepsis caused by an untreated infection she developed while under their care. During her stay, she was frequently neglected and left without attention for extended periods. We made the decision to remove her from the facility the day after Christmas. The level of care provided here is unprofessional and lacking in compassion. If you value the health and well-being of your loved ones, I urge you to consider alternative options.

We waited over an hour for a basic tour. We did call first, and the marketing individual requested we come in an hour, called again, and no response. When she finally came - the receptionist didn’t tell her I was waiting outside. She then told the receptionist she would get to us whenever she could. An indicator of how poorly the place is managed.
I was at Roswell nursing home visiting my loved one today and I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the residents. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and it gives you such a sense of peace to know that your loved one is being taken care of.
Roswell Center for Nursing and Healing does an outstanding service caring for its residents and recovering patients. In spite of staffing shortages all over the U.S. they manage to keep team members who are dedicated to seeing the work of caring for others through.
This is a good system to check who enters the facility, the accuracy about the time and most importantly checking also about your temperature to determine if you are eligible to set your feet in since we have for duty to protect our Residents and workers. If your temperature is high, you will get tested for covid and eventually deny entry if tested positive.
