To Rossville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Professionals, I would like to thank Mrs. Fowler, MSW, Director of Social Work, and the Activities Director, Director of Nursing for their recent care plan coordination for my father who is a resident in the long-term care facility. The team does an excellent job executing effective care plans and assessing goals and providing follow-up treatments for the well being of their patients. My father's situation is very complex and unusual for some one who isn't in their upper years. This professional team has always been supportive, engaging , transparent and helpful to my father as well as myself since his initial placement in July of 2024. They are excellent in focusing on strengths of an client and build upon assisting to help resolve patient's weaknesses. I love that they are pro-active in trying to plan for the future an address all needs of an patient. The medical staff are always kind, professional, knowledgeable and cognizant with their policies, ethics and are excellent at engaging community resources to assist a patient reach their goals Thanks for your exemplary work it shows that you have a heart and caring about the patients you serve. All staff members have been friendly, engaging and helpful to families and their love ones. Keep up the great work, thanks for all you do daily to strengthen your patients and help them to be stronger and healthy. We appreciate you!

I write to give a 5 star rating to this facility, specifically as it relates to the Administrator, Isaac. Nobody wants to put a loved one in a place like this, but if you have to, at least in my instance, Isaac was easily accessible and helped my brother and I navigate a few issues that arose. I have been to the facility only a few times (back-to-back days as I live out of state), but it seemed clean and the staff seemed polite and caring . I had limited interaction, but I am content with that limited interaction.
I was at Roseville rehab for 4 months. I needed to walk after I broke my ankle. I still can't walk. The food was so bad I lost 93 pounds. The medication nurse constantly flirted with my husband. She would come in my room while my husband was visiting me for no reason. She made some inappropriate remarks.to me about my husband. I saw Roaches in my room. If you have a choice please don't put your loved one here.
No one likes to have to put their parents in any kind of care facility so the overall experience may seem unpleasant. The nurses and aids that cared for my mom were very nice. They have a very hard job and I appreciate everything they do. The food could have been better but no place is perfect. Thank you Rossville nurses, aids and staff for helping my mom walk again!
Do not take anyone you love to this place. They can careless about people. The nurse will not insure meds are taken, aides will leave them in pee and poop. The management doesn't care at all. Beware Beware! Do not fall for their fake reply! If they want to fix the quality of care provided they would have already!
