My dad was here for about 16 days. We were both pretty pleased with everything. All the staff was great. The facility was nice and easily accessible. The case manager was great! Overall it was a great place and they helped us both immensely as this was all new for the both of us. Great job by everyone involved.
We were looking for a place for my 93 year old Mom to live and just dropped in here! The staff was awesome and the facility is very well kept! My Mom has lived there 2 weeks now and the staff treats her SO respectfully! They are friendly to her and her family! We are happy she is here🩷
The reception waited on me as l walk through the door. And the technician was Johnnie on the spot. Everyone was really nice and pleasant explained what they were about to do and offer me some music to listen to. I had my choice of what music l want to listen to.Long story short they were awsome.
My family loves the staff at Rosewood! Everyone is so great with our mom and always keeps us up to date for any needs our mom may have!
