My 98 year old mom has just reached her third anniversary at Rosewood. Her care has been exceptional. As her dementia and needs have progressed, the staff has maintained her dignity and as much independence as she is capable of. I have always been welcomed and my suggestions and questions promptly and courteously responded to. Brenna and the nursing staff, the aides, Jennifer at the welcome desk, Scott in activities, the kitchen staff and the facilities/maintenance staff are, to a person, caring and compassionate. I visited eleven facilities before choosing Rosewood for my mom, and now feel SO LUCKY to have gotten her there. I am a retired family physician who put myself through school working the night shift as an aide in several different nursing homes. I have seen the good and the terrible, but until Rosewood I had never seen exceptional. The building is not as fancy as the more modern sterile facilities, but that is not what the residents care about. They care about the care. Rosewood feels like a home and a family, not like an institution.

The day my aunt arrived at Rosewood Manor I felt like she was at home. The staff was so inviting and compassionate I knew this was the place for her. She loves being there and she knows the staff is now our extended family. The entire staff from the administration to the nurses and aides give 150% every day. Compassion is the number one thing in making the residents feel comfortable and the staff displays this day in and day out. The facility is well maintained and residents have a full schedule of activities to participate in and the meals are well balanced. We are blessed to have Rosewood in our lives
I can't believe there aren't more 5 star reviews for Rosewood Manor. My father stayed there for about 3 months until he passed and in that time my wife and I were there several times a week if not daily and saw first hand the exceptional care Stephanie and her staff provided him. The level of compassion and personal attention they provided was amazing. They treated him with respect and warmth. From Jennifer who always greets you with a smile to Brenna and her nursing staff, the atmosphere is so much more homelike than other facilities we looked at. Special thanks to Scott who does an amazing job of keeping the residents occupied and Milka who took such good care of him. If you are reading this review, chances are you are looking into facilities like this and I highly recommend Rosewood Manor.
My parents were living in a large assisted living facility on Cape Cod. My Dad passed away and my Mother’s dementia worsened so we needed to move her to a different facility. We chose Rosewood Manor. The level of care my Mother gets at Rosewood is a world apart from the larger place. The nurses and staff all know my Mother and they really care about her. When I call to check in, everyone knows what’s happening with her on any given day. Since the move, my Mom has gotten stronger and healthier. She loves being at Rosewood and I can rest easy knowing that she’s getting great care.
Rosewood Manor is home to my 98 year old father and the staff is his family. In all the world, under any circumstances, especially a Pandemic, there could not possibly be a better place for my father to reside. The Covid response was way, way ahead of the curve. There was not one, not even a tiny bit of one, positive test result. While people in other Cape nursing facilities were dying, my father was safe, well taken-care-of and beyond a doubt supported in his health and happiness. The governor of this state should issue a proclamation. To Rosewood Manor, here's how it's done!!! Thank you, you who make it happen. We love you all. God bless.
