We have just recently entrusted the care of a second loved one to the staff at Rosewood. Every single person we have come across for both stays has been kind, friendly, and provided top notch care. The premises are immaculately clean, beautiful, and homey. My family is so grateful to have Rosewood provide our lives one great care, and a welcoming place to stay and heal, and be made to feel like a person instead of just a patient.
As a discharge planner in the hospital, it’s super important that I visit each facility and understand the care that our patients will be provided. I toured every section of Rosewood gardens , including their dementia unit, their long-term care, unit, and a rehab unit. Most facilities hide but they really offer their long-term residents, and it usually never looks anything like the rehab. But this was not the case, as every unit was equally remarkable in comparison to the others. The first thing we tell families to look for is the smell. The smell there was incredible, calming and inviting. I saw residents engage in activities throughout the building and empty nurses stations. This indicated for me that the staff were engaged and attentive to the residents needs. Every patient I passed in the hallways, had a smile on their face and you could just tell that they were receiving excellent care. Everything about the facility was inviting and truly presented as a home away from home for those receiving care. The decor was well thought out and the staff were super friendly. I spent some time talking with the administrator and the CEO of the company both who are very proud of the work/care their staff at Rosewood provide. As a healthcare provider is super important that I am able to guide families and provide adequate and appropriate descriptions of the care that their love ones will receive when they transition from the hospital. I have no doubt that anyone who is receiving care here will get top-notch service and care. We are not allowed to make recommendations to families about where they should send their love ones but we are well-versed in getting detailed information from people who received care in these settings as a means to give feedback, and the patients I encounter have only positive commentary to share . I don’t think you’ll regret your decision if you decide to send your love on here.
Rosewood Gardens is a lovely place. The first thing I noticed was a pleasant scent upon entering- a good sign for such a facility. For my limited experience here as a visitor I noticed it was clean and well maintained.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Rosewood Gardens. My grandmother is here currently, in the memory care unit after transitioning from another facility. The professionalism, empathy and kindness shown by the nurses has been overwhelming. It truly is a standout facility, and I’m so grateful for the care they are providing to my loved one.
