Unsere Eltern (ca. 90 Jahre ) haben knappe 2 Jahre im Rosenhof Kronberg gelebt und sind dort auch gestorben. Mithilfe der Verwaltung hatten wir es geschafft, sie dort sogar kurzfristig unterzubringen. Beide hatten schöne Appartements, die sie mit eigenen Möbeln ausgestattet hatten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön, groß, weitläufig und hat eine gute hotelähnliche Atmosphäre. Das Angebot an Veranstaltungen aller Art (Literatur, Musik, Verkauf, Blumen, Markt etc.) ist sehr vielfältig. Das Restaurant /Cafe wurde auch von uns Angehörigen rege genutzt, für größere Feiern hatten wir immer einen privaten separaten Raum, wo uns das Restaurantpersonal immer bestens verpflegt hatte. Die Kuchen- und Tortenauswahl ist sehr groß, alles ist sehr lecker. Alle MitarbeiterInnen aller Abteilungen haben wir immer als sehr kompetent, freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit erlebt. Unendlich dankbar sind wir dem gesamten Pflegeteam für die immer sehr gute und geduldige Versorgung unserer Eltern und die Begleitung bis zu ihrem Tod. Besser geht nicht.

I've been living at Rosenhof Kronberg for nine months now and I can say one thing: it was the best decision I've made in a long time. The house is always clean and very well maintained, and the outdoor areas are constantly being worked on by a gardener. This alone makes the first impression extremely positive and this is confirmed again and again every day. This and the furnishings of the house create an ambience in which you can feel comfortable. The hotel staff is always very friendly and service-oriented. The reception is a central point of contact and is staffed around the clock. The staff there always have an open ear for every resident - which is sometimes not easy. But I think most of the problems or concerns can be fixed. An important point is of course the food. If a kitchen has to feed 250 - 300 people every day in a short time, then that is a challenge for everyone involved. It is clear that not every taste of the residents is met every day, but that is not to be expected. But with a choice between 4 menus, it is clear that everyone will find something to suit their taste. In any case, I have always gotten up from the restaurant table full and satisfied. It is important to note that the friendly and attentive staff throughout the restaurant also play a major role. It should also be noted that you can only get past the delicious cake counter with great willpower. Not to forget the nursing area and the friendly nursing staff. Whenever you need help, they are there to help. It's reassuring to know that you can switch completely to the nursing field if necessary. You never know. The apartments have different sizes and are renovated and empty when you move in. You have to bring furniture and facilities with you. Then you're straight back home. Window cleaners and weekly apartment cleaning ensure cleanliness. What more could you want? In addition to the fitness room and swimming pool, there are also numerous events in the house that you can take part in. Or you stay in your apartment and close the door. Finally, I can only say that the decision to move here was the right decision. My family and I no longer have to worry about my future because I am in good hands here.
After a good year at Rosenhof, our conclusion was very positive. Our contacts at the management and reception are always open and helpful, as are the catering team and the nursing team.
The Rosenhof in Kronberg deserves 5 stars! Despite the Corona situation, the employees are still very helpful, friendly, competent and loving towards you residents and their relatives. But also consistent when it comes to applying the hygiene requirements. The management and the team strive to create new ideas such as torchlight parades, concerts around the facility and surprises at the apartment doors with hot drinks & Christmas pastries etc. to alleviate Corona worries. A bit of normality has returned thanks to the opportunity to enjoy meals cooked in the Rosenhof kitchen in the restaurant. This year too, the loving decoration in the foyer creates a cozy Christmas atmosphere. We are happy that my mother is so loving Rosenhof Kronberg to know that you are being looked after. Thank you for your always friendly and, above all, caring care of the residents, especially during this difficult time. Activities such as balcony concerts, balcony gymnastics, mulled wine and hot Äppler have been very well received and you can see that those responsible are putting a lot of thought into how they can make everyday life pleasant and varied for the residents despite restrictions. The hygiene concepts are very well thought out and the legal requirements are all strictly adhered to. You have a good feeling when you visit your family and the staff always treat you in a friendly manner and provide competent advice if necessary.
