I find it absolutely DESPICABLE that residents and workers (mostly kitchen personnel) are subjected to the treatment that they are. The living center is disgusting, the kitchen is even worse (Chef Dwight and the HR representative Mitch are less than responsive so I thought I'd start here) Some may even say they are completely despondent and only invested in covering their tracks for violating health care codes as well as firing employees without just cause that bring these problems up. Literally two different cooks don't even have their ServSafe certificate WITHOUT SOMEONE ELSE DOING IT FOR THEM which is yet another violation, not to mention ILLEGAL. There's not enough staff for the residents so many get ignored up to hours for the most basic needs. One resident was recently literally lost for hours on campus in another person's room performing inappropriate acts and this is not the first time a resident has been lost. It's not a safe or clean living center and Rose should be ashamed of themselves for treating any resident or employee less than human.

I searched nearly a dozen assisted living facilities and found Rose to be friendly, efficient and caring for my mother. From the first visit with Samantha, to the move and ultimately the care givers, the entire experience has been a blessing for my mother and the family. I can sleep again and not worry about her. I am not easy to please, but the staff at Rose has done it!
Amazing facility and staff! My mom was in Rose's independent living for a couple of years, but decided to move into a single family home. Later, when we realized she could no longer live by herself, we moved her back to Rose Senior Living. She is now in the Assisted Living facility and it's absolutely fantastic. Everyone is so caring, helpful, professional and truly committed to caring for her. I couldn't imagine having her anywhere else. I highly recommend Rose Senior Living!
My mom wasn’t doing well at another assisted living facility in Indy but is now thriving! A year ago she was in and out of the hospital with dehydration-related issues and depression but now she is the healthiest and happiest I’ve seen her in years. The staff are attentive and kind. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Their philosophy that being social is a key to a senior’s well-being has made all the difference! Highly recommend!! (And will probably want to come live here when it’s my time)
We recently moved our mother from Woodland Terrace (where she was a resident for seven years but tired of the declining services and lack of adequate staffing) to Rose Senior Living. The facilities are bright and beautiful (a movie theater, game room, lovely terraces and outdoor spaces, a great gym/fitness center, several dining options....) and very well-maintained. The offerings for the residents range from organized card games and movies to chair yoga and Tai Chi. But the biggest asset for us has been the staff. Our mother is in the assisted living section and her aides are proactive, responsive, caring and generally very cheerful and ready to help with anything. It was a difficult decision to move but we are very happy with the outcome - AND she's paying less than at Woodland Terrace. A win/win/win. Keep it up, Rose! And thank you.
