This is a horrible place for your loved ones to stay. The nursing home smelled of urine and my loved one’s room had small ants or roaches that would crawl through the closet and on the floor. The nurses station did a horrible job with the phone service. I would call to talk to my loved one and be hung up on regularly. It didn’t matter the time or day, I would either be put on hold for an extensive amount of time or hung up on. This place needs to be deeply investigated for neglect. My loved one never had any money in their account to get the proper maintenance done (hair cuts among other things). The nurses have attitudes towards visiting family members although that is not part of their job details. I’m surprised there hasn’t been a lawsuit against this place. Most of the reviews with 5 stars are probably people who work there. Head my warning with the others that state that this place is terrible and do not put your loved one in there. Someone needs to report this place to the better business bureau because I truly believe they are pocketing the social security money of the elders in there. If I could investigate this place and sue them for my loved one, I would.

I have visited the facility many times. It is a very nice place to be. It is clean and nicely maintained. I have met with the Admission Director, Director of Nursing, Social workers, Therapist and Administrator. They are very dedicated in taking care of their residents and go above and beyond their duty to ensure the residents are taken care of and happy! I would recommend this facility for your loved one’s.
Rose Mountain Care Center has an excellent staff who takes great pride in their patients with their care of their patients. They are very friendly, supportive and caring to the needs of their patients. My mother is treated very well, she has developed close relationships with her aides she feels safe. Which is very important to me and my family. I am in constant contact with the staff and my mother’s medical team. They have been very responsive and helpful in the needs of my mother’s care plan. Any concerns that I have regarding her nutrition needs or concerns with her health are addressed and taken care of immediately. Thank you They have a great activity program that helps to keep the patients active. My mother loves her activity director. The nursing home is cleaner than most nursing homes in New Jersey. When I fell down and broke my back pelvis and ribs I didn't think I would be up and running as quick as I was thanks to the therapy team and everyone and all the nurses at Rose Mountain care. They were there with me 100% of the way even setting me up once I went home with my physical therapist and vna's as well as any equipment that I needed. I truly believe because of their therapy that I healed so well great staff great evil and even the director Lee is with you 100% of the time
