Hello I am giving rose garden senior apts 5 star the manager and maintenance man was very nice and generous to me. There's nothing negative say even I got the place or not I still say A+ management and great communications skills also if you reading this keep in mind good folks like them you don't find them to often these days. I love living here. It’s clean, quiet my neighbors are all so nice. There is park area and dogs are welcome. Could not ask for better managers . Beverly is a hands on manager and is always looking out for the tenants . The maintenance staff are friendly and respectful.
I’ve had the worst experience with the manager here for two years-I’m targeted for sure and she ignored my doctors letters and has said negative things about me to neighbor WHICH I HEARD. I now have two doctors letters stating issues with this manager. I’m leaving cuz can’t handle the stress and the not so legal things she has done.
The manager who answers the phone is so rude. She answers the phone "hellooo" instead of stating the name of the apartments. I've called numerous times and every time I've talked to this lady she is extremely unprofessional. I can't imagine what kind of manager she is. Definitely won't get my mom a place here!
The new manager is the best she is very nice and solves any problems you may have
