Not impressed with this villa, more concerned the financial side of things and what your financial situation is. Cleaning practices are left to be desired, food is served usually cold and of poor quality, nurses and management have poor communication skills, I would not send a relative here..
My great aunt is treated poorly shes 91 certain staff tell her not to eat to much that way they dont have to change her they take her lollies off her that she doesnt go to toilet. It can be all day and night they forget to put hearing aids in. Shes left without hearing i complain the rn is hopeless every excuse lies out of my last 9 visits 6 of them she didnt have hearing aids in so she cant hear very frustrating for her cant answer her phone callls cant talk to other residents at meal times shes only 44kilos getting told not to eat. Some of the staff r rude dont care for elderly at all and shouldnt be working in the field. Management r slack do nothing let staff do wat they want no boundries im over the elderly abuse im now reporting rosary for lack of care.
Lovely Nursing Home to visit my wife Janice is very happy there well cared for and looked after Janice is very popular with all the staff Janice has bone cancer and Parkinson's Disease and never complains
This is a beautiful home for the elderly, green, clean facilities, excellent service, friendly staff and nice warm atmosphere, just right for the oldies.
