I am partially paralyzed after cancer surgery and my son Brandyn searched for a facility with a good physical therapy program. I could go on and on about Taylor here at Rocky Mountain Care in Murray, but as a former gym owner, I can assure you that she’s the best physical therapist in Utah. Nicole is also awesome, and Jenny who has recently rejoined the team after leave is absolutely amazing. Finally, I have to thank Gerald Naumann the administrator. He’s a very hands on “people person” and I congratulate him for running such a cool and friendly facility.

I cannot say enough about the staff of Rocky Mountain Care On Vine. Taylor as a physical therapist is five star. She cares and wants to see you succeed. Jeff as the administrator is very hands-on, his door is always open and he’s always there to listen. My hope would be that you would never need this place but it’s the best place you could go if you need their services. Thank you to all the staff.
I am a nurse and I am impressed by this facility. I notice that there are rarely any bedsore issues with the patients I am assigned to visit. Unfortunately it is common for facilities to have issues with this. Great job Cottage on Vine!!!
I visited my sister Becky Reeve today! At cottage on Vine! The grounds and flower were well kept! The staff was so kind and helpful! Finding my sisters room! She shares room with a dear friend, what a great idea! You can even have your special furry Friend for visits. My name is Becky Reeve I broke my neck 60 years ago in a car accident. Which left me a quadriplegic we had a house fire 3 weeks ago and had to go to a hotel! Which did not Meet my needs! Then we found Cottage on Vine care center to meet our needs They let my friend come and be a room mate with me. She has end stage cancer! We were so lucky at spur of the moment to find such a nice place. Until our house is fixed! The center is under new manager! They are working to clean and update the care center. There goal is to have great patience care. Friendly , kind and home like Atmosphere. At long as your are here it like being home! It is a great place ,with great Care. 😊
The staff at Cottage on Vine is excellent. They work together as a team and their patients benefit from it. The physical structure could use some work, but they address safety issues quickly.
