My experience at the Rocky Mount Rehabilitation Center has been great so far. The staff is great. I have been here for 3 weeks now, no issues. The food is ok, but I can deal with that. In the future if I have to go back to rehab again I would recommend Rocky Mount Rehab. Again thanks to the staff for being there for me. My God bless each one of you. Very special staff. My wife wants to say thank you for everything you all during for my husband not always easy but you gets it done. Thank you!!! James Slade Jr.

My mom was here for not quite a year at the end of her life the nurses were very helpful and understanding went above and beyond what I expected. My mom loved the CNA'S that took care of her they also went above what was expected of them she was always clean and dry my mom would always bragg about her CNA when I visited.The nurses and CNA'S really was there for me when my mom passed away. My mom also loved there beautiful court yard. The one little guy that works in activities my mom said he was one of the sweetest people he had ever met. My mom never had nothing bad to say about this place. I appreciate everything they done for my mom.
This facility has been the most pleasant stay for my Mom. The Nurses and therapist did such a good job with Mom. I highly recommend Rocky Mount Rehab for your loved one’s.
Do not send your love ones here! They don’t take time with patients and they definitely don’t worry about their well being they will drug them up with pain medicine and not think about the outcome of giving too much! The atmosphere definitely doesn’t feel welcoming at all. My loved one has complained about one of the nurses being very rude and I have also experienced it first hand before simply asking a question she became very defensive from the very beginning ! I’m not saying all the nurses are rude but I definitely think the facility needs to be restaffed as a whole! there’s no reason why most patients who attend this facility don’t make it out !!! That should tell you something! I will not Recommend this place at all !! My loved one was not this sick before entering the facility so there is no reason why they should be this bad off! What’s the point of calling it a rehab when everyone’s just sitting around and only giving patients exercise once a day???! Watching them decline!!! How would they feel if it was their family member ?? It should not be this easy for someone to work in the medical field These are people’s lives that are on the line! And they have family that really loves them dearly! If I could give this place a NEGATIVE ZERO I would ! Shut this place DOWN or RESTAFF IMMEDIATELY!!!
I love my therapist with Tina and her whole staff, they all was very good, and I has no complaints with their therapist staff!!!
