Do your research before moving in. The Management is horrible 😫. There is no washer/dyer hood up in the unit and the appliances are yellow they are so old. The residents are very noisy and they keep trouble started all the time. It's more of a nursing home than independent living.

Place is beautiful, restaurant is run by some shady folks... Paid $1,900 for a catered meal for a repast... Was served tough, chewy fried chicken, coleslaw out of a bag and 'fake' banana pudding (JELLO) on paper plates, with plastic silverware. Certainly not worth $12/plate. Owner, Yvonne, and her husband dodged my calls for 3 days then accused me of being 'two-faced' when I asked her to come down on the price since she hadn't heard from me for a few days.- She was UGLY. Wouldn't use her catering or eat at her restaurant again.
Robinwood is an awesome senior living establishment. Great on sight management and includes salon, library, craft room, inhouse restaurant and great residents. Very well maintaned, clean though and through with everything needed to enhance senior living. Landscaped beautifully, concrete drives and parking, safe, well lighted and convenient to post office, grocery stores, fast food, gas station and other facilities. Robinwood is one of the very best all around senior living facilities in North Carolina.
Had a wonderful time on the 4th Thursday night. Enjoyed Karaoke by Tom and Lois they put on a good time.
