Terrible experience!! My aunt developed bed sore here. One day she had an appointment follow-up after surgery and they sent her in transportation not equipped to assist someone who had a neck surgery. They did not allow her back since her insurance changed. They did not let the family members know the reason. The next day I went to pick up her belongings and they had sent everything to a wear house. The elderly are seen as money signs and not as humans. Such a sad experience. I do not understand how they have good reviews. The patients look so sad when I visited. So heartbreaking. Think twice before putting a loved family member in here.
My Uncle was a patient at Riviera last month. Our experience was excellent. He underwent hip surgery and his recovery there was amazing. The wound care team's work was very important during this process. I recommend this facility 100%.
I Was At The Riviera Health Resort for about a week after heart surgery. They had recommended the place but really it is higher than expected. cleanliness is outstanding the same way the treatment and Care of the employees of all kinds from doctors and Office employees And they tried to solve your problems as soon as possible so that you feel better. It’s a place I recommend any moment.
Riviera has been a wonderful place during my aunt’s stay. The staff from physical therapy, the nurses, the wound care staff, and administration have been so helpful and amazing. The staff member Eizel helped my aunt switch rooms for better comfort and she was phenomenal. I couldn’t thank the staff enough for their unwavering support and compassion. Thank you guys!
