Recently our loved one in the Memory Care Unit contracted Covid. After evaluation by staff, nurse and Nurse Practitioner from Graceful Touch it was decided that he go to the ER for further treatment. I was contacted by nursing staff at Riverwood and by the Nurse Practitioner at Graceful Touch to make sure we were all on the same page. He was admitted to the hospital and after four days was released back to Riverwood. His condition is complex so he was stabilized at the hospital and released. I give all the credit to the Care staff and Nursing staff for staying on top of things to make sure he had the best outcome possible and to God for healing him. I cannot say enough about the excellent care he receives at Riverwood.
The staff at Riverwood are all kind, caring and compassionate. They are always very helpful and educated about the services they provide. I have had a family member live at this facility before, and would recommend them again as well. Amanda, Tamara, and Jeanne are all great to reach out to.
The most AMAZING STAFF!! Everyone welcomed my loved one into their “family” by caring for him as if he was their own. How much better can it get? Well…the facility is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is kind and caring. Like a dream come true when someone can no longer stay in their own home.
We had the opp to visit a precious friend. The facilities were clean and the place looks great and smells great. It's very obvious that the employees take pride in keeping everything neat and clean. Based on my option after one visit I am impressed.
