I gave a good review 5 years ago. I feel I need to update the review to current conditions. We are entering week 4 of not having an elevator to the second floor. I am disabled and recently moved upstairs because a walk in shower became available. It's difficult for me to raise my foot over a tub and nearly impossible to climb 2 flights of stairs. They have given us no date for repairs. Another reviewer stated there is adequate parking, there is not. The parking area does not have enough disability parking for the current number of disabled. The second parking lot is not directly accessable. You must go all the way around if confined to a wheelchair or rollator.

Riverwood Haven is a seniors community, new building, and street. I enjoy the neighbors and easy access to the stores. Stetson Lane can be accessed via Pritchard Road at Real O Pharmacy by following the drive into the valley.
Office management not friendly and not a vary good people person. The apts. are nice and utility are good. Just wish you didn't hear all the noise from upstairs...apartments.
I have called and LVM, no response, Went there to get application, none avail and no one in office, left a note with fone nbr and again no response. Obvious no one cares.
Visited My mother there, its a nice apartment community.
