This place is taking GREAT care of my brother! He is receiving physical therapy here and his insurance is being difficult and trying to cut off his care. A shout out to Trina in administration, she has not only been calling me with updates almost daily, but she is truly going over and beyond filing paperwork and appeals with his insurance company. She has promised me that she will not allow my brother to be sent home until it is safe for him to leave, whatever that takes!! SO rare to find this level of support & dedication from a medical institution executive, in my experiences elsewhere, the only concern is the almighty dollar.
I had to go back to this facility, due to the fact that they were the only facility that will administer one of my IVs. Although I was apprehensive about going back there. A better experience started with Steve my transport driver. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Although there is one nurse that works nights that needs more training on how to put on a wound vac. She has put on two now, and both of them has not stayed on. But the cafeteria and the physical and occupational therapy staff has been very helpful and encouraging.
I can’t say enough good things about Riverview Village! Working with their team has been an absolute pleasure. The staff here is exceptional––always appreciative, positive, and incredibly uplifting. Their enthusiasm and dedication create an environment that is both motivating and supportive. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their work and the people they serve. If you’re looking for a place with fantastic team and a truly positive atmosphere, Riverview village is the place to be. Highly recommend!
I had both of my parents at Riverview Village. My Dad was on the cottage he adapted so well. My mother was upstairs. At first I was so worried how they’d do but the staff was great.They treated them like family. The staff is fantastic. I’m just letting you know if you ever need a long term care facility for your loved ones Riverview Village is the place to be. Thanks Riverview!!!
